Bi-Lo has updated their coupon policy to specify the stores that they consider “Competitor”. According to the new policy, the do condsider CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid and Target as a competitor. I did NOT see Dollar General or Big Lots listed. However, it still remains up to each store because the policy states “Defined As” which can be interpreted that the list is just an example of the type of store they consider a competitor. Of course, that will remain up to each store as to how they interpret it.
The other major change in the policy is that they will only allow up to 10 competitor coupons per transaction and 1 competitor coupon per “like” item. That means you must get 10 different items in order to use 10 different competitor coupons. The item must match the coupon and all restrictions on the coupon are supposed to be upheld.
